How to Send Bulk Messages

1. Open Mass Sending from the header toolbar
2. Click New Campaign — choose CSV, Groups, Labels, Tabs, or Kanban
3. Create or select a message template with dynamic variables
4. Set Min/Max Delay between messages (30-60 seconds recommended)
5. Optionally schedule the broadcast for a future date
6. Hit Start Campaign and monitor progress in the dashboard

What are Custom Tabs?

Tabs let you create custom categories for your WhatsApp chats. Create "Hot Leads", "Support", "VIP Clients" — add contacts by clicking or via labels and groups. Unlimited tabs with unlimited contacts in each.
