Pricing FAQ

Is the setup fee one-time or recurring?

The setup fee ($150 / $200 / $250) is a one-time charge. After that, you only pay the low per-user cost each month for active users.

How much can I sell to my own clients for?

Anything above our per-user cost — there is no maximum. Most resellers charge $15–$30 per user/month. Your profit is the difference.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade anytime and pay only the difference in setup fee. Your per-user cost drops to the higher plan's lower rate.

Is there a minimum number of users?

To keep your partner account active we ask you to maintain a small minimum of active licenses per month, with a grace period when you start. Our team helps you get there.

What about refunds?

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can try before you buy. Payments are generally non-refundable after activation — see our Refund Policy for details.
