At Lion CRM (operated by Lotsofcode Private Limited), we want every customer and partner to buy with full confidence. That's why we let you try Lion CRM free for 7 days before you pay anything. This page explains our refund terms in simple, honest language.

1. Try Before You Buy — 7-Day Free Trial

Lion CRM offers a 7-day free trial so you can explore every feature before spending a rupee. We strongly encourage you to use the trial, watch our tutorials, and reach out to our support team with any questions before making a purchase. This way, you'll know exactly what you're getting.

2. Digital Product — Generally Non-Refundable

Lion CRM is a digital software product. Once a license key or whitelabel package is delivered and activated, the value is transferred to you immediately and cannot be returned. For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable after purchase and activation.

This is standard for digital/software products and is the very reason we provide a free trial first — so the decision is fully informed.

3. When We May Consider a Refund

We're reasonable people. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where:

  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same order.
  • A technical issue on our side prevents the product from being delivered or activated, and our team is unable to resolve it.
  • The request is made promptly and the license has not been actively used.
Note: Wallet top-ups, per-user monthly charges, and whitelabel/partner setup fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service or branding has been provisioned.

4. For Partners (Whitelabel Resellers)

As a Partner, you set your own prices and create licenses for your own Users. You are responsible for the refund policy you offer to your Users. Amounts you pay to Lion CRM (setup fees, wallet balance, per-user charges) follow the terms on this page.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies under Section 3, simply contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order details. Our team will respond within our support hours and guide you through the next steps. We're here to help.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Please also review our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
