2Chat Alternatives 2026: 7 Whitelabel WhatsApp CRMs

Honest 2026 review of 2Chat alternatives — Chrome-extension vs Cloud API, INR pricing math, whitelabel depth, and what agencies actually bill.

2Chat Alternatives 2026 — 7 Whitelabel WhatsApp CRMs banner

Last updated: 14 May 2026. Written by Rakshit Soni, founder of Lion CRM. I run a whitelabel WhatsApp CRM that 2Chat users sometimes migrate to — yes, I’m biased. I’ve still tried to show the numbers I would want before I switched any tool.

TL;DR — what the 2Chat alternatives search actually means in 2026

If you are searching for **2Chat alternatives** in 2026, you usually fall into one of three buckets. The right pick is different for each one. Here is the short version. The rest of the post is the homework.

Your situation What you actually need Best pick (2026)
Agency reselling a WhatsApp CRM to 5–50 local clients True whitelabel admin, sub-licence per client, ₹99 retail tier, your brand in the Chrome Web Store Lion CRM — whitelabel from 30 licences
SMB or D2C that needs official Cloud API + Meta-blue-tick BSP-grade WhatsApp Business API account, template approval, multi-agent inbox AiSensy or Interakt — see sections 3 and 4
Solo founder under 200 contacts, no WABA, no agency plans Stop paying $29/seat for a Chrome extension. Start free WA Business by Meta — see section 7

Why agencies and SMBs leave 2Chat in 2026

2Chat is a respected LATAM-built Chrome-extension WhatsApp tool. They have built a clean inbox, a credible bot-builder, and multi-channel support that adds SMS and Telegram on top of WhatsApp. None of that is the issue. The issue is that the buyer behind the **2Chat alternatives** search has run into one of three specific walls.

**Wall 1. Per-seat pricing climbs fast at agency scale.** 2Chat’s published US pricing starts at roughly $29/user/month on the entry “Connect” tier and climbs to $89–$199/user/month for “Multiagent” and “Business” plans. For an Indian or LATAM agency running 25 client inboxes with 2–3 seats each, the per-seat math lands at roughly ₹1.7–₹4.2 lakh/month in subscription before the agency has earned a single rupee of retail margin. That is brutal for any agency billing under ₹2,000/month per client.

**Wall 2. No real whitelabel partner programme.** 2Chat has a reseller / affiliate angle, but the product page, the login URL, and the Chrome Web Store listing all stay on 2Chat. There is no buy-once-paint-everywhere whitelabel admin where your agency name sits on the Chrome extension, the admin panel, and the customer-facing dashboard. For agencies competing on professional positioning, that ceiling is the dealbreaker.

**Wall 3. Bot-builder strength is wasted on relationship-led SMBs.** 2Chat’s strongest features are tightly coupled to its visual bot-builder and webhook automations. Wonderful if every one of your clients is a high-volume D2C store or a help-desk team running canned flows. Not so wonderful if half your client base is a real-estate broker, a tutor, a clinic, or a service business where the entire WhatsApp relationship is human-to-human and the agent just needs a kanban with notes, tags, and follow-up reminders.

These walls are why the “2Chat alternatives” search query has been climbing on Google Trends through Q4 2024 and into Q1 2026. The pain is consistent. The buyers are the same. They have all hit one of these three walls.

Chrome extension vs Cloud API — the architecture line you have to pick

Before you pick any tool on this list, you have to be honest about which side of one specific architecture line you sit on. The buyer journeys are completely different.

**Cloud API SaaS.** Wati, AiSensy, Interakt, DoubleTick. You connect a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to the BSP. You go through Meta template approval. You pay per conversation to Meta on top of the BSP subscription. You get proper deliverability, official template badges, multi-agent inbox, automations. Per-message cost is non-zero (₹0.88–₹2.40 per marketing conversation to Indian numbers in 2026). Setup time is 1–2 weeks for WABA approval.

**Chrome-extension + CRM backend.** 2Chat, WaSender Pro, Lion CRM. The extension pairs with WhatsApp Web. There is no WABA, no Meta per-conversation fee, no template approval queue. Setup time is 5 minutes — install the extension, sign in to WhatsApp Web. Trade-off: you handle deliverability yourself (rate limits, warmup, spintax), which the better extensions do for you. Inside this lane, Lion CRM is currently the only one with a real CRM spine — kanban, contact pipeline, automations, sub-account licence pool for agencies — instead of just an inbox layer.

This is the line. If you are choosing between 2Chat, WaSender Pro, and any other Chrome extension, you are still inside the extension box. You will keep skipping Meta fees but you also keep doing your own deliverability work. If you cross over to AiSensy or Wati, you are in a different architecture entirely, with different economics and different operational responsibilities.

**Who should stay in the Chrome-extension box.** Agencies serving 5–50 SMB clients each. India / SE Asia / LATAM markets where Cloud API per-conv fees compress retail margin. Products where the relationship is human-to-human (real estate, tutoring, clinics, services) not template-to-buyer.

**Who should cross over to Cloud API.** Brands sending mostly template-based outreach (OTPs, order updates, COD confirmations). Brands that need official Meta-blue-tick on the WhatsApp profile. Brands that operate at 100k+ conversations per month where Meta’s deliverability layer pays for itself.

The 7 alternatives at a glance

Quick table before the deeper sections. I scored each on the five things buyers actually ask me about.

Tool Architecture Whitelabel Entry price (2026) Best for
Lion CRM Chrome ext + CRM spine ✅ True whitelabel from 30 licences ₹99 first month then ₹299/mo retail; whitelabel quote-based Agency resellers + relationship-led SMBs
Wati Cloud API SaaS Partner programme, partial ~$49–$99/mo + Meta fees High-volume D2C + e-commerce
AiSensy Cloud API SaaS Reseller programme, partial ₹2,399–₹8,999/mo + Meta fees Indian D2C with WABA already
Interakt Cloud API SaaS No formal whitelabel ₹2,499–₹6,999/mo + Meta fees Shopify D2C operators
DoubleTick Cloud API SaaS No real whitelabel ~$25/user/mo Small in-house sales teams

1. Lion CRM — the Chrome-extension whitelabel with a real CRM spine

**What it is.** Lion CRM is a Chrome extension that pairs with WhatsApp Web and a hosted CRM backend that runs the pipeline, the contact records, the automations, and (for resellers) the sub-account licence pool. It sits in the same architectural lane as 2Chat, but it leads with the CRM spine rather than the bot-builder, and it offers a real whitelabel partner programme.

**Why an ex-2Chat buyer ends up here.** Three reasons keep showing up in my onboarding calls. First, the agency wants their own brand on the Chrome Web Store listing — Lion CRM whitelabel lets you ship your branded extension end-to-end. Second, the per-seat price wall is gone — Lion CRM bills the agency at a flat licence-pool rate (not per-seat), and the agency retails ₹99–₹299/month to its own clients. Third, the buyer wants a kanban-and-contact CRM under the inbox rather than a bot-builder on top of an inbox.

**Where 2Chat is genuinely better.** If your use case is high-volume bot-driven flows with webhooks into your own backend, 2Chat’s visual bot-builder is more developed than Lion CRM’s automations layer. The Lion CRM automations exist (drip sequences, tag-based follow-ups, kanban-stage triggers), but if you are wiring a conversational AI agent into a third-party system, 2Chat’s webhook story is currently richer.

**Pricing reality.** First-month special at ₹99, then ₹299/month, or ₹2,360/year (effective ~₹197/month). The 7-day free trial is automatic when you install the Chrome extension. Whitelabel pricing is quote-based from the 30-licence floor and scales by licence-pool size, not per-seat. Try it at admin.lioncrm.com. Talk to my co-founder Kuldeep on WhatsApp at +91 74260 34448 for whitelabel.

**Read more.** Our deep-dive on whitelabel WhatsApp CRM software walks through the reseller model end-to-end. The multi-tenant licence management guide covers how the sub-account pool actually works for agencies.

2. Wati — the high-volume Cloud API veteran

**What it is.** Wati is a mature Cloud-API SaaS that runs your WhatsApp Business Account through their BSP. Multi-agent inbox, template manager, broadcast tooling, no-code chatbot builder, Shopify and Zapier integrations.

**Why an ex-2Chat buyer might land here.** You realised you actually need official WhatsApp Business API rather than the Chrome-extension lane. You are at 30,000+ marketing conversations per month and the per-message Meta fee is acceptable because the volume justifies the BSP’s deliverability layer. You want the official Meta-blue-tick on your business profile.

**Where Wati is weaker than 2Chat.** Setup is 1–2 weeks (WABA approval). Per-conversation Meta fees stack on top of the subscription. The whitelabel partner programme is partial — your end client logs in at a Wati URL, not a fully branded one. For sub-₹2,000/month retail tiers, the unit economics break.

**Pricing reality.** Roughly $49–$99/month base on the Growth tier in 2026, plus per-conversation Meta fees. Compare carefully with our Wati alternatives breakdown before signing.

3. AiSensy — India’s most-marketed BSP

**What it is.** AiSensy is India’s most-marketed Cloud-API BSP. Hindi-first support, aggressive YouTube and influencer marketing presence, broadcasts, retargeting flows, RCS roadmap, Shopify and HubSpot integrations.

**Why an ex-2Chat buyer might land here.** You are an Indian D2C brand that already has a WABA and you want Hindi-language support, INR billing, and a marketing-heavy BSP. AiSensy’s brand awareness in India is unmatched, and the entry-tier price is ₹999/month plus Meta conversation fees — which is friendlier than Wati’s USD pricing at low volume.

**Where AiSensy is weaker than 2Chat.** No Chrome extension lane at all — you must onboard a WABA. The reseller programme exists but the whitelabel depth is limited (your end client still sees AiSensy branding on the dashboard). For non-D2C SMBs (real estate, tutoring, clinics) the per-conversation Meta fee adds up fast.

**Read the comparison.** Our AiSensy alternatives deep-dive covers when it wins and when it loses.

4. Interakt — the Shopify-friendly BSP

**What it is.** Interakt is another Indian-origin Cloud-API BSP, with the tightest native Shopify integration in the segment. Abandoned cart broadcasts, order status updates, COD confirmation flows, Shopify variant catalogue sync — all available out of the box.

**Why an ex-2Chat buyer might land here.** Your business is Shopify-shaped. You sell physical products. You want abandoned-cart recovery on WhatsApp without paying a third-party recovery tool on top of your BSP. Interakt collapses that stack.

**Where Interakt is weaker than 2Chat.** No formal whitelabel programme — your end client logs into Interakt branding. Pricing is solid in INR (₹2,499–₹6,999/month plus Meta fees) but the value proposition narrows the moment your business stops being Shopify-shaped. Same setup-time problem as any Cloud API tool.

**Read the comparison.** Our Interakt alternatives breakdown walks through D2C buyer fit in detail.

5. DoubleTick — team inbox with light API

**What it is.** DoubleTick is a team-inbox-led Cloud-API SaaS aimed at small in-house sales teams. Per-user pricing model, lightweight automation, simpler product surface than Wati or AiSensy.

**Why an ex-2Chat buyer might land here.** You are an in-house sales team of 5–10 reps. You do not need the bot-builder depth that 2Chat ships. You want a clean team inbox with WABA underneath and you are willing to pay per seat for clarity.

**Where DoubleTick is weaker than 2Chat.** No real whitelabel for agencies — DoubleTick is built for end-users, not resellers. Per-user pricing breaks the moment you go above ~15 seats. Bot-builder is thinner than 2Chat’s.

**Read the comparison.** Our DoubleTick alternatives breakdown covers the agency-vs-sales-team mismatch in full.

6. WaSender Pro — the other Chrome-extension camp

**What it is.** WaSender Pro is the closest direct architectural sibling to 2Chat — Chrome-extension-led, no WABA, no Meta per-conversation fees. The bot-builder is lighter, the inbox is simpler, the focus is on broadcast plus contact-management.

**Why an ex-2Chat buyer might land here.** You wanted the Chrome-extension lane but you found 2Chat’s per-seat pricing painful. WaSender Pro’s entry tier is roughly $15–$40/month per user, which is significantly cheaper than 2Chat at small team sizes.

**Where WaSender Pro is weaker than 2Chat.** Bot-builder and automations are thinner. Multi-agent inbox model is less mature. No proper whitelabel partner programme either.

**Read the comparison.** Our WaSender Pro alternatives breakdown covers the in-lane choice in detail.

7. WA Business by Meta — the zero-spend baseline

**What it is.** The free WhatsApp Business app from Meta. Quick replies, labels, away messages, catalogue, basic broadcast lists. No CRM, no kanban, no automations beyond auto-reply.

**Why an ex-2Chat buyer might land here.** You realised that with under 200 contacts and a solo-founder workflow, $29/seat for 2Chat is over-spend. The free app does the job until your contact list crosses ~500 and labels stop scaling.

**Where the free Meta app is weaker than 2Chat.** No multi-agent inbox. No proper automations. No kanban. The Broadcast Lists feature caps at 256 recipients and offers no analytics. The moment you need a second seat or a pipeline view, you are back in the market.

**When to upgrade.** The signal is simple — when you find yourself maintaining a contact spreadsheet in parallel to WhatsApp, the free app has run out of road. That is the moment to install the Lion CRM Chrome extension and start the free trial.

Whitelabel depth table — the only comparison most resellers actually need

If you are an agency, this is the only table that matters. The other tables compare features end-users see. This one compares how much of your brand the buyer sees vs how much of the vendor’s brand sticks through.

Capability Lion CRM 2Chat Wati AiSensy Interakt DoubleTick WaSender Pro
Your name on Chrome Web Store listing n/a n/a n/a n/a
Your name on admin URL (e.g. admin.yourbrand.com) Partial Partial
Your name on customer-facing dashboard Partial Partial
Sub-account licence pool with central billing Partial Partial
Per-licence retail margin (you set the price)
Powered-by footer removable Partial Partial
Support tickets routed to your team first

The agency question is not “which has the best inbox UI.” The question is “how much of my brand survives the customer login flow.” On that single axis, Lion CRM is the only product in this set that scores yes across every row.

Indian rupee pricing math, side-by-side

Numbers are messy across these tools because the billing models differ — per-seat, per-conversation, per-month, per-licence. Let me normalise to one realistic scenario: **agency reselling to 25 SMB clients, 2 seats per client, 5,000 conversations per client per month**.

Tool Subscription cost (agency) Meta conversation cost Total agency outflow / month Per-client cost to agency Retail price agency can hold
Lion CRM whitelabel Quote-based on 50 licence pool — illustrative ₹25,000 ₹0 (Chrome ext) ~₹25,000 ~₹1,000 ₹1,499–₹2,999/client/month (50–66% margin)
2Chat Business tier $89/user × 50 seats ≈ ₹3.7L ₹0 (Chrome ext) ~₹3,70,000 ~₹14,800 Cannot retail under ₹17,000 — agency dead in the water
Wati Growth tier $99/mo flat ≈ ₹8,250 ₹0.88/conv × 1.25L conv ≈ ₹1.1L ~₹1,18,250 ~₹4,730 ₹5,499+/client (low margin, BSP risk)
AiSensy Pro tier ₹2,399 × 25 sub-accounts ≈ ₹60,000 ₹0.88/conv × 1.25L ≈ ₹1.1L ~₹1,70,000 ~₹6,800 ₹7,999+/client (Cloud API only viable for D2C)
WA Business by Meta ₹0 ₹0 ₹0 ₹0 Agency cannot resell — Meta TOS forbids it

The headline is harsh but real. If you are an agency, the only architecture where your retail margin actually exists is the Chrome-extension lane with proper whitelabel — and inside that lane, Lion CRM is currently the only tool that ships sub-account licence pools and removable branding. 2Chat is in the same architectural lane but the per-seat billing model destroys the agency math.

Anti-ban posture — why this still bites on Chrome extensions

Every Chrome-extension tool — 2Chat, WaSender Pro, Lion CRM — runs on WhatsApp Web sessions. Meta does flag accounts that send too many unsolicited messages, too fast, from too many parallel sessions. The Chrome-extension lane is not Meta-blessed; it works by being respectful of the rate limits.

**What good extension hygiene looks like in 2026.** Warm up new numbers gradually (start with 50 messages on day one, ramp to 500 over two weeks). Spread broadcasts across multiple WhatsApp accounts rather than blasting from one. Use spintax so identical text does not hit 500 phones in 30 minutes. Wait 4–6 seconds between messages, not 200 milliseconds. Avoid sending the same media file to more than ~50 contacts without varying captions.

Lion CRM ships these guardrails by default — rate limits are tuned per number, spintax is built into the broadcast composer, and the kanban-driven follow-up model encourages drip cadence over blast cadence. 2Chat has similar guardrails available, but several of them are configuration toggles you have to find, not defaults that ship safe. For agencies handing the tool to non-technical clients, defaults matter more than capabilities.

Migration playbook — leaving 2Chat without losing your contact list

If you have decided 2Chat is not the right shape for you, here is the migration sequence I recommend to anyone moving to a Chrome-extension competitor like Lion CRM or moving up to a Cloud API SaaS.

**Step 1. Export your 2Chat contacts and notes.** 2Chat exposes a CSV export in the Contacts panel. Export everything before you cancel the seat. Include phone, name, tags, and any custom fields. Notes per contact have to be exported separately (the per-contact view has a copy button).

**Step 2. Decide on the architecture line.** Re-read the architecture section above. If you are moving to Lion CRM or WaSender Pro, you stay in the Chrome-extension lane and no WABA work is needed. If you are moving up to Wati / AiSensy / Interakt / DoubleTick, you need 1–2 weeks of WABA approval before the new tool is live.

**Step 3. Run both tools in parallel for one billing cycle.** Do not cancel 2Chat the day you sign up for the new tool. Run them in parallel for at least 14 days. Move one client at a time. Keep the 2Chat number alive while the new tool catches up on conversation history.

**Step 4. Set up your new pipeline first, contacts second.** In Lion CRM, the right migration order is — define your kanban stages and tags first, then import contacts, then move open conversations one client at a time. Importing 5,000 contacts into an undefined pipeline is the fastest way to recreate the same chaos you left 2Chat to escape.

**Step 5. Cancel only after every active conversation has been carried over.** This sounds obvious. It is the step every migration trips on. Set a clear cutoff date, communicate it to your agents, and only then cancel the 2Chat seat.

**Step 6. Update your WhatsApp profile and Linktree.** If 2Chat had created any auto-reply that referenced 2Chat’s URL or service, edit that out before the cancellation triggers. New auto-reply should point to your new contact mechanism.

**Step 7. Audit your data retention.** Make sure your 2Chat backup CSV is stored somewhere you control (Google Drive or S3, not your laptop’s Downloads folder). Conversations that touched payment info or personal data may need a longer audit trail under DPDP / GDPR.

Try Lion CRM free for 7 days

If you have read this far, you have already decided one of two things — either you want the Chrome-extension lane with a real CRM spine, or you want the whitelabel reseller programme that 2Chat does not offer.

Both paths start the same way. Install the Lion CRM Chrome extension. The 7-day free trial is automatic — no credit card. After the trial, the First Month Special is ₹99 (yes, ninety-nine rupees), then ₹299/month or ₹2,360/year (effective ~₹197/month). The yearly plan is the one most teams settle on after the trial.

Whitelabel Lion CRM as your own brand

If you are reading this as an agency or a SaaS founder, the offer is different. Lion CRM ships a true whitelabel programme — your name on the Chrome Web Store listing, on the admin URL, on the customer-facing dashboard, on the support emails. Sub-account licence pool starts at 30 licences and scales by pool size, not per-seat. You set the retail price your clients pay. We bill you on the pool. The margin in between is yours.

The fastest way to evaluate fit is to install the standard 7-day trial first and see whether the product is a match for your client base. Then book a whitelabel call on WhatsApp at +91 74260 34448. We do not charge a whitelabel setup fee. The bar to qualify is just an agency that can credibly support its own customers.

FAQ — 2Chat alternatives 2026

Is 2Chat the same architecture as Lion CRM?

Yes — both are Chrome-extension tools that pair with WhatsApp Web, no WABA required, no per-conversation Meta fees. The differences are commercial and product-shape. 2Chat charges per seat and leads with the bot-builder. Lion CRM charges per licence pool, leads with the CRM spine, and offers a true whitelabel partner programme that 2Chat does not.

Why is 2Chat’s per-seat pricing a problem for agencies?

2Chat’s Multiagent and Business tiers run roughly $89–$199/user/month. An agency running 25 client inboxes with 2–3 seats each lands at ₹1.7–₹4.2 lakh/month in subscription before retail margin. That is unworkable when your retail tier is ₹999–₹2,999/month per client. Per-licence-pool billing (as in Lion CRM whitelabel) avoids that compression.

Can I keep using 2Chat while I trial Lion CRM?

Yes — both run on WhatsApp Web. You can run them in parallel for the 7-day Lion CRM trial without affecting your 2Chat account. The Chrome extensions do not conflict at the browser level. Just sign out of one when testing the other to avoid duplicate notifications.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business API (WABA) to use Lion CRM?

No. Lion CRM is in the Chrome-extension lane, same as 2Chat. There is no WABA setup, no Meta template approval, no per-conversation Meta fee. You install the extension, sign in to WhatsApp Web, and you are live in 5 minutes. The trade-off is that deliverability is your responsibility, which Lion CRM helps with through built-in rate limits and spintax.

What if I actually need the Cloud API instead?

If your volume is past 100k conversations/month, or you need the Meta-blue-tick on your business profile, or your business model is template-heavy (OTPs, order updates, COD confirmations), you should look at AiSensy or Wati instead — see sections 2 and 3. Lion CRM and 2Chat are not the right architecture for that buyer.

How quickly can an agency move 25 client inboxes from 2Chat to Lion CRM whitelabel?

Roughly 30 days. The migration playbook above is built to handle one client at a time with both tools running in parallel for 14 days. The Lion CRM admin panel takes ~2 hours to brand and configure. Sub-licence issuance is per-client and takes 5 minutes each. You should plan for a full billing cycle of overlap.

What is the contract length for Lion CRM whitelabel?

Month-to-month on the licence pool, no fixed-term lock-in. We do offer a discount on annual licence-pool commitments. Talk to my co-founder Kuldeep at +91 74260 34448 for the exact numbers based on your pool size.

How do I cancel a 2Chat seat without losing the conversation history?

Export the conversation log per contact from inside 2Chat’s contact view before the seat is downgraded. 2Chat retains conversation data for a finite period after cancellation but the safer practice is to export before the billing date. Treat the CSV export as your authoritative archive.
